We are opening up the experience to include Black Men to join in the healing journey. We will gain insight into what generational trauma is and how it shows up in your ongoing stories. Experience the ability to increase mindful awareness and determine your own self-worth through receiving skills and techniques that can be used to choose a more authentic path to living.
