This workshop is designed to support Black Women with embracing their self-worth in order to move through and let go of the generational wounds that interfere with authentic living. This workshop is designed to empower Black Women with the tools to challenge outdated beliefs, shift mindsets, and find balance and harmony from within.
The goal of this workshop is to:
1- Gain insight into what is generational trauma and how it shows up in our ongoing stories.
2- Experience the ability to increase mindful awareness of self and the ability to determine your own self-worth.
3- Receive skills and techniques that can be used to choose a more authentic path to living.
